SUMMARY: This position provides administrative, clerical, and office support to the Community Engagement Program staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Greet and direct clients and visitors. Answer incoming calls and direct as appropriate. Knowledge of community based programs for referrals. 2. Maintain filing systems and archives including medical records. Check out charts on electronic database. 3. Completes a variety of computer-based tasks such as Ordering and Receiving supplies typing correspondences, memos, and reports meeting minutes and agendas tracking referrals data entry scheduling, creating charts, graphs, and reports. 4. Research information for special projects as assigned. 5. Assist with routine checks of office machines and make necessary contacts to keep items in good working order. 6. Arranges meetings and events as directed, including securing location, arranging necessary equipment and supplies, notifying participants, creating agenda, keeping minutes, and completing other reports as directed. 7. Create and maintain electronic database (s) as required. 8. Schedule appointments and meetings as directed. 9. Gather information and create reports as needed. 10. Maintain telephone and email records for the program. 11. Complete projects as outlined by supervisor or designee in a timely manner. 12. Research information needed to complete projects. 13. Attend all required trainings and meetings.
