Accomplishments As a team leader I was in charge in the formation of an Internal Systems User Group to exchange ideas and information between the IT department and other departments improving internal process and communication skills. As a network administrator I kept the high security standard of my organization setting up network devices like switches, routers and firewall keeping the Service Quality and lowering the threats and avoiding network attacks like DoS, Penetrations, up a firewall, which decreased the incidence of spam by college users. Served as Network Administrator for department's LAN.
