Qualifications: Working within a multi-cultural community has allowed me the opportunity to integrate various teaching and administrative strategies into my skill set. The ability to work successfully within a team concept, collaborating on curriculum design, conducting an effective and challenging academic environment and adjusting to the daily rigors of leadership, has molded me as a professional. The experience gained as an Assistant- Principal and Principal in a large urban school with over 1600 students, has provided the groundwork for an individual who believes in preparation, teamwork, accountability, community involvement and the desire to provide teachers and students with exceptional working conditions.
