Lead Digital Content Learning Gateway Office of (NCFAST) NC DHHS. August 2013 - Date Designs WBT courses content Deploys LMS online training content within Moodle and ELIS environment (Remote Learner). Manages over 8200 adult (learners) end users. Develops Training Materials with Adobe Captivate. Designs Assessment Instruments. Translate and replicate SME procedures to appropriate Instructional/Learning Delivery Systems for remote learner access. Designs develops and authors interactive and engaging online activities assessments simulations and other learning courses that incorporate elements of technical and scenario learning with Adobe Captivate and TechSmith Camtasia. NCFAST Learning Gateway. Administered virtual WBTs to over 8100 users with Moodle (Remote-Learner ELIS) on the NCFAST Learning Gateway. * * Designed and Deployed courses to users of the Gateway using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia hosted with Remote-Learner ELIS and Moodle delivery systems. Utilize corporate and departmental standards to develop content. * Trains state employees on the use of Content Development Tools to create training. Record and edit voiceover audio files Create embedded media (animation images video etc.) for use in SCORM learning activities Package and configure learning activities (Web-based Instructor-Led Virtual Curriculum etc.) for use in LMS Test and troubleshoot all aspects of learning activities * * Assist with continuous improvement of processes workflows and templates Create detailed documentation of technical project deliverables (media source files SCORM packages etc.) Interact with SMEs (subject matter experts) and other project team members to create and design interactive content within specific budget and schedules. Design and deploy Graphic User Interface (GUI) for course delivery pages and portals. Manage multiple development projects simultaneously Communicate effectively with project team to ensure that objectives goals and deadlines are fulfilled Drive the creative development of cutting-edge training utilizing the latest techniques software and hardware Cross-Trained State Employees on Learning Management Development Tools (Captivate Camtasia and Storyline) * Developed user Informational video on NC ePASS for online deployment. * Contributing member of the eLearning design team. Trains state employees as back up LMS Administrators. * * Maintains statistical data for eLearning courses and special projects. * * Maintains communication with management and other departments for eLearning course needs.
