Career Highlights * Turnaround situations: Entrusted by senior management with turning around a disgruntled client with more than $210 million in assets, within a 2-month period visited 24 locations (one each day) to identify and resolve concerns. Subsequently, resolved client needs and retained all aspects of the business. * Client retention: Played a key liaison role in retaining a client with more than $150 million in assets who felt they were misled in the sales process. When informed of their intent to leave MassMutual during our first meeting, over the next 5 years, established a trusting, healthy relationship and turned the client into an outstanding reference. * Establishing a new trading platform: Successfully developed and implemented a trading platform at Strong Capital Management which automated the buy/sell of $2+ billion in mutual fund assets for more than 1,000 clients and 250,000 participants. * Revenue generation: Led service team responsible for assisting Regional Health Care in the acquisition of 11 hospitals, more than tripling assets in a 3 year period.
