Ability Summary Having worn a variety of hats in my professional career, I have discovered that skills well honed in one arena transfer rather gracefully to other arenas. My first successful career was spent in Advertising in New York City. I worked for several top Advertising Agencies including Y&R, BBD&O, Benton & Bowles, Hal Riney & Assoc. My major tenure was spent at Young & Rubicam (Y&R). I was there for over 15 years and rose to the position of Associate Manger of Art Buying. In addition to Co-supervising a department of 10 with corresponding administrative duties I maintained a full complement of major clients for whom I coordinated all Art Buying functions. Orchestrating the execution of creative visions, estimating costs, recruiting talent, negotiating contracts, assuring the highest production quality of print ads, POS, billboards and related media always making sure that my client's expectations were met in terms of creative excellence, timing and cost oversight. My career acumen in New York prepared me to segue to Southern California in 2002 and embrace the commercial real estate and loan world. This move came at the request of my brother who had moved to Orange County in 1996 to start a Commercial real estate investment business. He realized great success and wanted to share his vision and help expand his holdings. I am a producer of excellent results. Researching, inspiring, supervising, coordinating, counseling, promoting, organizing, problem solving, discerning, energizing. . I bring these tools and more to any project or position.
