I am a change agent that is constantly seeking ways to improve current procedures to ensure accuracy as well as compliance within governing agency laws, GAAP and APA guidelines. Liaise between other finance departments on G/L posting items and various projects as requested by management. Training newly hired payroll analysts and documenting procedures for SOP manual creation. SharePoint administration for Global Payroll Team Sites. Documentation supporting blueprinting to prepare for transition to Workday from SAP.
