Accomplishments - Account Management: Besides my previously held positions as Manager, I have recently initiated Alaris Implementations which resulted in a letter from Carefusion stating the implementation was flawless. I have also managed sales projects in the likes of: Avasure/ Avasys implementation CADD, SCD, Pulse Ox, ETCo2, and PCA upgrade implementations, facility service upgrades, and project projections for newly built facilities. Operations Management: I managed unit/ division and post procurement for the U.S. Army. I created DOS spreadsheet for equipment and supply tracking. Later, I translated the program to an Excel spreadsheet. This helped resolve facility based supply chain issues cutting labor by 50%. At my current position I have doubled our service area, more than doubled our monthly billing, almost doubled our profitability, maintained 100% employee retention, and received no less than a 97% satisfaction on our annual nurse's surveys. Staff Development: I launched a program of professional development studies for my team resulting in our hospitals increasing billing and profitability in first 18 months. I am a huge believer in empowering my team. Presently of my eight direct reports three of them have been trained to take my place. I mentor and coached my team to collaborate with not just our team, but the people we serve to seek out possible needs before our clients know they have needs, and to come together to create the best possible solution for our company, our team, and the people we serve.
