I have been a lead customer services Rep for 16 years, logistics manager for 16 years and have been doing administrative duties for 16 years with excellent data entry skills. I was also an Asst. manager for 4 years at Ingersoll Rand. I make a great team leader I don't mind working over time or working weekends to get the job done. I would make a great team member to any office. A little about myself: I graduated with from George Washington HS in 1995 I was also awarded the Frank Sullivan Award (Humantairty award). When I worked at Ingersoll Rand for 6 years I was the leader of the attachment depts. I held seminars on how attachments were properly installed and to our machines. I was also in involved in new parts with the help of our tech dept. to make our machines work at optimum level. I also fixed and implemented the standards for their logistics Dept. I was made Logistics Manager after 1 month. I was made asst. manager and after 2 months. I believe a well oiled machine runs right. I was given 3 awards over 8 month period of working at Ingersoll Rand (DII Attachments) for my performance. The division of Ingersoll Rand (DII Attachments) was Tramac Hammers. I was in charge of this department until Ingersoll Rand was sold to Doosan. Then I was laid off as well as my team. I am the kind of person who sees a problem I imminently addresses the situation and the problem for the safety of my team as well as the optimal function of the working progress. My team is my most important asset.
