I am a Master's level trained Curriculum Design. Upon graduation with a Master of Arts in Curriculum & Instruction from Colorado Christian University I was promoted from the Human Resource Department of Ensign United States Drilling, Inc. in Denver, CO to the Training Department and tasked with creating a World Class Training program for field hands out on Oil & Gas Drilling rigs. I worked very closely for a number of years with Subject Matter Experts to accomplish this. I was laid of when the Industry tanked last February. I wish to continue to do the same type of work again.
