To My Future Teammates, I'm a physically fit, and high energy contributor who understands the value of the human resource in the midst of the world of technology. I'm dedicated to this great country of ours and feel an obligation to serve things larger than myself. I feel that same dedication to the Corporation that employs me. I've been labeled as having outstanding skill-sets including customer service, technological, leadership, and communication. I am experienced in effectively delivering service as an IT Service Desk Manager (ITSM) and IT Service Center Leader, utilizing ITIL v3 Framework. That said, I've also successfully served as an Information Security Manager (certified CISM by ISACA... and in training for my CISSP). I also bring some experience in the areas of Email Administration and Firewall configuration and management. Additionally, I am experienced in the Defense Industry. I successfully served United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, Government/Military Jet Engine division. I've worked on, and supported the technology and managed data security for several large, highly classified, programs as an FTE. Therefore, the Defense Industry is of special interest, but I will consider any professional career position to which I have the opportunity to add value. I bring extraordinary value to the table.
