I would love to work for any company that allow me the chance to use my education, but mostly my life experiences to help improve and positively change that company for the better. I sincerely believe that any company can be better, dispite what anyone may say. Why? Because I think I can be a that resource. I've proven it wherever I go.
Change starts internally, in the mind of those who work for any company. The great employees and the great leaders all have a few things in common. One of the major factors is; "I think I can..." Regardless whether or not they can see the path at the moment, it doesn't matter. If the feeing is there, then do it. When one understands the goal, the path can be worked out to achieving the end result.
What intrigues me the most is companies like Microsoft, Sun Systems, etc. They literally can and do create the future. A future that creates new applications, new processes, new ways of doing and accomplishing things that others could not make work. Or even new ideas that no one has thought of yet.
