I bring over 21 years of customer service experience five of which were obtained during my time as a loan processor. During those five years I've gained a significant amount of experience processing over 18,000 loans of various types including FHA conventional and government. I also have five year of tech support experience. During my 19 years I've been recognized for being highly productive adaptive in extremely fast paced and high stress environments. I've also been recognized for resourcefulness leadership skills and attention to detail when working on important company projects. I've also been able to exercise my excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact with all levels of management within organizations where I've been employed as well as customers external to the organization.
