My goal is to secure a position that will enable me to continue to advance my skills within a well established company where my education and training will be utilized to provide a challenging, positive, and prosperous career for both the company and myself. I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I have a strong HR/Staffing background in which I’ve worked over the past ten years. I also have a strong manufacturing background with over ten years of experience, six of those years dealing primarily in the UHMW plastic extrusion industry. I also have knowledge and experience as a Quality Control Technician, with ISO 9000 implementation and certification experience, as well as having several years of customer service and management experience. I am an effective communicator and analytical thinker, with great organizational skills and attention to detail. I have knowledge and experience dealing with federal and state employment law requirements, policies and procedures. I have excellent written and oral communication skills, and I am proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, as well as ADP, and HRIS systems. I posses a strong foundational knowledge on HR subjects such as leadership development, performance management, full life cycle talent management, employment compliance knowledge, succession planning, employee retention, recruiting, team building, and employee/labor relations.
