Subject: Cover Letter and Resume for Michael L. Andrews Telephone: (801) 953-7007 Email: mikelandrews60@gmail.com Please find attached the cover letter and resume for Michael L. Andrews. My career has been diverse in both the tasks and in the transferable skills and abilities I have acquired over the years. As a consultant, manager, community leader, relationship builder, sales person and fund raising development professional, for both the non-profit and for profit entities, I have excelled in every job and project that I have ever undertaken. My political experience has afforded me the opportunity to understand the importance of the political process and how to gain access to its many benefits and services. Additionally, my skills and abilities are most conducive in building the necessary relationships to get individuals, corporations, governments and Non Governmental Organizations to take action around specific causes and initiatives. My ability to communicate effectively both verbal and in written form coupled with my ability to take on and manage multiple tasks may be my greatest strengths. As you review my resume and many letters of recommendation from some of Utah’s great business leaders please pay close attention to my experience in the areas of relationship building and completion of the objectives at hand. As a consultant, development director and executive for many non-profit organizations I have raised millions of dollars for programs for youth, families, communities and other civic minded organizations. Two of my greatest life achievements was the completion of The Sorenson Multi-Cultural Center in the Glendale Area of Salt Lake City, Utah and serving as COO for the YMCA. My brothers and I attended Camp Roger for many summers. I was able to raise the funds to completely remodel the entire camp as COO of the YMCA. My transferable skill sets are invaluable in any employment setting either public or private concerns. My skills in organizational communications, managing both large and small projects and facilitating positive and productive outcomes on all levels would be an asset to any company or organization. As a consultant, I have taken all that I have learned over the years to assist both for profit and not for profit organizations. I would like your company or organization to allow me the opportunity to discuss how my skills and abilities may be of benefit to your future hiring plans. Sincerely and respectfully yours, Michael L. Andrews
