My name is Mark Pacileo and I am the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for the Precision Motion Control division of AMETEK. I currently reside in Sinking Spring, PA and wanted to share my resume and contact information with you. Over the past 12 years I have been an integral part of the sales and management team which have been successful in growing our business at an average rate of 10% in year over year sales. Although I have my Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, early in my career I worked diligently to become proficient in electro-mechanical sales/engineering and project management. This eventually led to increased responsibility of both strategic global account management and sales engineer/representative management. Over the past 7 years I have honed my skills more towards sales management and am currently responsible for a $55M+ territory with a team of 6 direct sales engineers, but still maintain direct sales responsibility in the upstate NY and Ontario, Canada territory. Geographically my region includes Eastern Canada through Florida as well as parts of the Midwestern and Southern US. I work very closely with my sales team to maintain and grow our sales and market share of 3 distinct product lines which include stepper motor based linear actuators, lead screw and nut assemblies, brush and brushless DC motors, as well as integrated and stand-alone drives and controllers. Most of these products have a generic platform, but the majority of them are highly customized per the customers’ needs and specifications. I am looking for opportunities within the Eastern Pennsylvania area or a home based position with organizations whose strategic sales plan is to grow organically at a substantial rate. I have been a key contributor in accomplishing this at AMETEK, however the structure of this corporation has changed greatly over the past couple years and my greatest attributes are not being utilized to their fullest potential. Although my experience is in the motion control industry I am open to a career in all markets and disciplines, preferably with an OEM of technical and engineered products, non-commoditized.
