Full-time career employment as an experienced Project Coordinator/Senior Contract Administrator in the construction related industry. BACKGROUND: Through 19 years of work experience, I progressed to my current positon in which I manage over 45 different projects per year with an aggregate contract value exceeding $1.5 million in construction value. The projects are diversified and span Capital Improvement/Expansion, Maintenance, Commercial Restoration, and, State/Federally funded construction projects. Contract Administrator: * Support the Marketing Team with creating marketing material with the use of Microsoft Publisher. * Data Implementation and managing for CRM ( Construction Resource Management ) program * Processing of prequalification packages and maintaining/updating all required company licenses. * Providing Estimating Team with technical assistance on contract compliance, contract terminology and Insurance requirements. * Reviewing front end bid specification documents and pull together required bid submission information. * Create the supporting management control system for all compliance report/tracking purposes. * Obtain all required licenses and permits required for the project along with processing of insurance certificates to clients with the required insurance levels. * Central processing of all Company proposals and obtaining proposal numbers for tracking and projects. Project Coordinator: * Meet with clients to negotiate contract modification documents and amendments. Interface with Corporate legal department. * Qualifying vendors/sub-contractors for the project. * Negotiate contract terms with vendors/sub-contractors and issue appropriate contractual agreements/packages. * Work with the vendors/sub-contractors to resolve problems and conflicts * Gather and process all required documentation needed for submission of the monthly invoices. Facilitate/track the processing of the invoices through the client's disbursement systems * Regularly review/analyze all the accounts payable files. * Compile all required documentation required for "Certified Payroll's" required for Federal, State & Local contracts. * Review monthly vendors/sub-contractors invoice submissions for compliance/documentation requirements and process invoices for payment. * Responsible for tracking/monitoring all aspects. Interface between the clients and my company. My goal is to keep the project on schedule and on budget while building on on- going, long-term relationship with the customers.
