As the co-chairperson, I also participate on the College's Strategic Planning Committee. * Contract Management: Oversee all technology related contract, including telecommunications services contract, hardware support, multi-function copier lease, software maintenance, and technology-related engagement contracts. * Innovation: Directed a cross-functional project team for the installation of Business Intelligence software solution, utilizing SAP's Business Objects software. Project team leader charged with implementing a student and employee portal that provides the college community unified access to a variety of college-related data and applications using Microsoft SharePoint as the delivery system. * Technology Management: Instituted the first operational team at Berkshire Community College. Led in replacing campus telecommunications systems, installed high-tech Voice over IP (VoIP) solution, improved campus-wide strategic technology plan. Implemented a multi-campus wireless local area network at Berkshire Community College's three sites. Implemented college-wide emergency notification system that provided students, staff, and faculty to receive alerts on campus emergencies. Directed a technical team on the installation of an automated disk-to-disk-to-disk (D2D2D) data backup solution that provides the college with a de-duplicated and mirrored backup of its critical data. Led project to implement student electronic mail through the use of Google Apps for Education software suite. Led the implementation of a 16 node High Performance Computing Cluster. Successfully led a project team to migrate employee e-mail to a cloud-based solution, moving from Novell GroupWise to Microsoft Office 365.
