QUALIFICATIONS: * A Senior Executive with extensive technical, administrative and managerial achievements in: * Corporate Management, Facilities Operations & Engineering, Gaming Operations, Infrastructure Planning & Management, New Construction / Renovation, Inspection, Maintenance and Warranty Coordination. * Fleet Management, Equipment Maintenance, Plant Account Asset Management. * Purchasing, Inventory Control, Bid Formulation, Request for Proposal, Lease Management, Vendor Relations. Pay Application QA * Risk Management, OSHA Safety, Internal Security and Document Control. Code Inspection and Project Progress Inspections. * Human Resources Program Development, Employee Hand-Book, Man Power Policy & Procedure Development. * Budgeting - Zero Based & Line Item specific, Capital Programs, Profit & Loss P&L Program applications, and Cost Control features w/spreadsheet documentation. * Electronic Security, Housekeeping Techniques, Computerized Maintenance Management and Lease Management software. * Extensive experience in the development & management of Tribal Gaming Facilities Licensing requirements for National Indian Gaming Operations. All documents prepared to meet mandatory Tribal & State Gaming Regulatory requirements. * Experience in project and contract management including planning, estimating, sourcing, furniture fixtures and equipment FF&E, negotiating lease agreements and other contracts, plan and specification preparation to include request for proposals. * Skilled in operations, maintenance and leasing of property space, renovation to customer standards, customer interface to include property walk-throughs, inspections with punch list coordination, and certificates of occupancy requirements for both architect and owner requirements. * Trained and experienced in OSHA Safety, EPA, and FEMA Emergency Management Code Compliance for Local, State and Federal Regulatory requirements.
