I am seeking a full time job in the Information Technology. I have worked 2 1/2 years as a Tier 1 Help Desk Administrator, my goal is to move on to Tier 2 and get more involved with servers. I am familiar with Cisco Call Manager, Active Directory, installation and configuring PCs and laptops, not to mention trouble shooting hardware and software. My goal is to grow with a company and serve them as to the best of my ability in any way I can help the company succeed.
