Accomplishments include: * Team Building and Program Development: Built the sales organization and channel partner program at Alcatel-Lucent that drove 105% of plan for $140M North American sales goal. Created channel partner, channel marketing and professional services program at Twisted Pair Solutions, achieving 110% of annual revenue goal. * Restructuring: Currently leading the turnaround of a cloud-based software/mobile app company. Reinvented the business model, resulting in a 10-fold margin increase and dramatic reductions in burn rate and expenses. Created the go-to-market strategy, positioning the company competitively within its space. * Vertical Market Solutions: Developed global agreement with IBM's E&U practice that enabled Alcatel to effectively win against major competitor, Cisco, and negotiated a closed alliance agreement with IBM's Utility practice.
