Over the past 16 years I have held numerous positions within Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. I have complete knowledge of commercializing new compounds from beginning to end. I started at Sunovion, then Sepracor, in 1999 prior to the commercialization of our first medication launch. This involved six months of pre-market activities. I then managed numerous sales teams in the Northeast being named Area Business Manager of the year two of the three years I was eligible. I was then asked to move to a newly formed Managed Markets Department to run our institutional sales group. Over the past nine years I have had exposure to all aspects of the commercialization of pharmaceutical products from sales, distribution, government pricing, revenue recognition, data analytics, training, and others. This experience has made me a well-rounded corporate pharmaceutical executive. I believe my strongest asset to be my understanding of the foundations of developing a successful organization. These skills include the development of a team oriented corporate culture, which begins with a vision and the essential understanding of how to hire effectively and develop talent to meet the mission of the organization.
