• Founding member of higher colleges of technology. • initiating, developing and maintaining a very useful networks and collaborations with schools, parents, alumni, local community, international industry members, various government departments and other sister institutions. • Created, implemented and managed a five-year strategic marketing recruitment plan that increased student numbers at the HCT-Abu Dhabi Men’s Colleges from 560 students to 2640 students in four years. • Maintained open and effective communication pathways in a multicultural setting between various academic, managerial and departmental staff with 38 different nationalities. And utilized my bi-lingual ability (Arabic English) and a very good command of speaking Hindi. • Played a substantial role in planning and managing international student’s conferences. Such conferences included The Festival of Thinkers and Education without Borders.  Managed. Planned and overseen the creation and implementation of a cohesive integrated communication and marketing strategic plan to promote and increase the visibility of the institution both nationally and internationally.  Managed and Coordinated HCT relations with industries, businesses, government offices, schools, Alumni, and students’ parents etc.  Provided strategic advice to the Vice Chancellor of new partnership opportunities with the community.  Worked with the Vice Chancellor in creating the HCT foundation initiatives.  Played a substantial role in Identifying opportunities for fund raising and work with organizations to develop many new career and academic programs.  Implemented and managed a five years strategic marketing and recruitment plan that increased student numbers at Abu Dhabi Men’s Colleges from 560 in 2000 to 2640 in 2005.
