Sr. Human Resource Professional that has a strong concentration on employee relations and communication. In addition, I bring over 7 years of various HR experience, both in and outside of the oil and gas industry. I have facilitated HR responsibilities for a multi-site facility that included over 800 employees reporting under my structure as the exclusive HR provider. My experience includes compensation, leave of absence administration, performance evaluations, terminations, EEO compliance, recruiting, and benefit administration. I provide strong attention to detail and could operate effectively in both a team setting as well as within a single HR office.
