QUALIFICATIONS Twenty years plus proficiency in computer applications: (i.e. Windows, Windows Vista, Microsoft Office Suite, Word (Intermediate level), Excel (Intermediate level), PowerPoint (Intermediate level), QuickBooks, Internet and Outlook), testing for GED, Computer applications and TABE. 2 years experience as a Unit Secretary in a hospital, five years experience dispatching and secretarial for a city fire and rescue/ambulance department, before 911. 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant, drawing blood, vitals, shots administered, medical terminology. Pricing for government contracts. Administrative experience includes the following, but not limited to (always willing to learn and adapt) organizational and management skills, maintenance of personnel records, patient scheduling, insurance, insurance sales, MO Insurance License, purchasing, purchasing cost reports, billing, AP, AR, cost analysis, payroll, PowerPoint presentations for Six Sigma, customer service, medical records, research and development, data specification transcripts as well as project reviews.
