I'm a consultant and Business Partner to them concerning job market and employment forces, and help them make the best hiring decisions in a competitive job market. I go beyond the words in the resume with candidates, too, to make sure that their needs are aligned with ours today-and tomorrow. I am able to own the entire life-cycle of recruiting, from intake meeting through creative sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer-extension and hiring.
