Description
After working my way from a part time dock worker and driver I was recommended for a full time position. After 9 years of self driven improvement such as bringing back sales leads with contact information and realizing how much money was being lost because a driver was to timid to collect valid and due charges for performing extra services I was asked to take an Account Managers position. My performance is documented in well above expected growth. I believe and rely on the basics of the job I am performing and compliance to company expectations and policy. I have learned to learn from those I am managing and using the best of it. Former co workers tell me more often than I would think that I am the best and fairest manager they have worked for. A normal day for me includes a well made suite and tie and dressed well out of respect for my customers. Many times when hired to start up a branch in SLC I would change into work cloths and then back in trailers or go deliver freight.
