• Collaborating with line managers in implementing Strategic initiatives. • Determining resource requirements (Manpower Planning & budgeting) based on the business goals & expansion plans. Also identifying position wise KRA’s integrating such goals & plans. • Conducting role analysis for various positions in the corporate ladder. • Mapping individual competencies to the job requirements and drawing role profiles Application of various HR tools like Skill Gap Analysis, Metrics Management for enhancing the quality of performance. • Conducting performance assessments, particularly to determine the inputs for succession planning. • Develop and manage employee’s career plans, Comp & benefits, succession plans and competency improvement plans. • Preparation of “Annual Operating Plans” for HR Dept., monitoring the same for any variations. • Facilitating Training function starting from need analysis, preparation of annual training calendar, coordinating training programs to monitoring Progress of employees.
