• I have over 40 years of experience in a manpower intensive and a high quality equipment oriented organization. As General Officer Commanding, I commanded the largest Division of the Indian Army on China border. Also, held the appointment of Director General of Recruitment in the Army Headquarters for recruitment of over 80,000 soldiers and 2500 officers per year. • I am working as the Vice Chairman of a very large Business Group since 2011, with assets worth Rs 10,000 Crores and with employee strength of over 10,000 and with presence mainly in Food Processing, Retail, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Realty, Infrastructure, Education and Tea Sectors. • I look into the strategic planning, budget approvals monitoring of business and liaison with Senior Govt Officials and Senior Corporate Officials.
