I have been working in the retail and commercial property management/development industry for 12 years. Currently, I am general manager for a 76 000m² shopping centre, that opened in April 2011 in Polokwane, South Africa. I oversee the whole building, operations, financials and marketing. From 2009 – 2011, I was portfolio manager for Finlay (a property management company), our main client was Resilient Property Income Fund. I managed 3 commercial properties (shopping centres) in terms of leasing, facilities, etc . In addition, I am Chairman of SAPOA Limpopo(South African Property Owners Association). Please note that not only will I be a great attribute for your company when it comes to leasing & facilities, but I bring a whole new marketing component to your company, as I was marketing manager for Savannah Mall. I have an honours degree in business communication and I have completed a course in financial management. I am currently looking to working abroad.
