I am an executive entrepreneur with unique, deep experience in the corporate space (Dell, Arrow). My two most recent roles were GM focused in underpenetrated and new business units that provided much autonomy and flexibility with a strong focus on growth and profit optimization. My most recent position was integrating five recent business acquisitions into a single, new Arrow business unit while directing 1200+ employees and six NA-based factories. I am a change manager with incredible energy and a passion for success; I have an outstanding record of driving results through sales team and client collaboration, hiring/maximizing team talent, working cross functionally towards a common goal while managing KPIs/business P&L.
