With more than 16 years of executive assisting experience ranging from CEO's and President's of companies to managing 3-7 employees who reported directly to me. I have had a such diverse experience from making travel arrangements to transcription, writing letters, emails, taking board meeting notes to more elaborate undertakings such as creating marketing packages and the undertaking of putting on of an entire event. Some clients require that their personal life be taken care of as well which may include the purchasing of gifts, handling the family calendar and paying household bills. I have very clear and vast knowledge of the English language as well as spelling and grammar. I have experience with full charge bookkeeping, invoicing, project management, A/R, A/P, all clerical skills, phone etiquette.
