I am a hard working and dedicated individual who is not afraid of putting the time in to achieve excellent results. I pride myself on good people skills, and making sure to hiring the right people for the job. I enjoy coaching and observing individuals to make sure they start off on the right foot. I feel scheduling the right people at the right time is key to business success. In my years of retail I have handled payroll, inventory and been a key holder all in the South Jersey area. I have also held the position of Operations Manager for a period of 3 years where I over saw payroll, cash room, store and staff scheduling, shipping and receiving department, annual reviews for associates, and yearly inventory.
