I spent 30 years at Ford Motor. 17 years I was in D&R, Grey Box Design. I was responsible for Hidden switches and some "Body Modules". I spent 13 Years in Supplier Technical Assistence, where I was responsible for quality improvement, PPAP. I am now ready for a new challenge. I think that program management w I love Engineering, and I believe that my experiences would be added value to most organizations.

Highlights:

Created "Control Trac 4X4" System, Created Ford's DRL System (was first to get a system in a vehicle domestically, 3 Patents, Henry Ford Technological Achievement Award. In STA, I trained, instructed and inspired all of my suppliers to improve quality, FTT, Program Managent Timing, Leanness, etc. I left Ford with all my suppliers rated as Q1.
