Thomas Dorsey's strengths are getting the most productivity from my agents and motivating my sales/customer service teams to enjoy their work in order to build a strong loyal team of employees. I am a hands on manager who is always eager to learn and have a vast amount of experience in all manner of call center performance and or customer service. I have managed teams of 40-60 agents and as small as five agents and have always been the training and hiring manger and overall point of contact for all center inquiries.
