My qualifications include experience in managing 80 Call Support Agents and 6 Supervisors for Sutherland Global Services for Hewlett Packard Call Center as a Performance Manager; Deskside Support for Compugen; Security Administration Analyst for Compugen. My education include a Bachelors of Science in Biology; MCSE, MCDBA, MCSA, MCP, Security+, Network+ and A+ in computers, as well as having the knowledge of multiple operating systems on many platforms. I am currently employed as IT Security Administrator Analyst for Compugen processing new employee system accounts, terminations, employee transfers, as well as role changes. Security Administration works with Human Resources relating to user account activations, account creations, contract extensions, and terminations. I have spent the past seventeen years involved in various Customer Care\Support businesses repairing, servicing and setting up computers, peripherals, printers and small electronic equipment. As a former manager, I am familiar in the decision making and customer service experience including negotiation and dispute resolution.
