As Manager of Intermodal Customer Operations for Hub Group, the nation’s largest logistics solutions provider, I was in charge of directing a team responsible for over 50,000 annual key customer loads. Additionally, I directed all aspects of inbound/outbound logistics operations, recruited, interviewed, hired and trained employees, led/coordinated comprehensive logistical functions and managed all customer reporting and communication. A few of my key accomplishments in this position include: • Increased response quality and reduced email response time from over 1 hour to 20 minutes (a 67% increase) by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting changes. • Received service awards from multiple customers, including Walmart and Constellation Brands. • Negotiated with suppliers and customers, resulting in improved supply chain efficiency and sustainability. I have been privileged to hold six different positions at Hub Group with increasing levels of responsibility. I started in Accounts Payable and worked my way to a management position within 1 year. During my tenure, I have broadened my logistics expertise with positions in AP, collections and drayage, intermodal and customer operations management resulting in a well-rounded background.
