Executive Summary: I am a medicine graduate (Topper of D.U) and MBA from I.I.M (K) with 20+ years in HealthCare, Lifesciences, HealthCare IT and pharma industry. I have held leadership positions with various global organizations like Practice Head for the life sciences and health care verticals. Strategic roadmaps, collaborating with the clients, sales and internal teams for the next level readiness. As a Head Sales (Satyam and Cisco JV) was instrumental in identifying, streamlining the sales opportunities into qualified sales pipeline of more than $900Mn in a short span of 6 months in B2G sales model. Responsible for responding to the RFPs/RFIs from the governments of the countries for the geographies I managed. I have set up global offshore delivery centers for fortune 5 pharma company, managed exponential growth along with setting up new verticals, processes as well as quality processes. Transitioned these services offerings to HQ, US and Europe. Youngest member of the executive council of fortune 5 for overall India and global strategy. Have worked for Health Care IT product company in care, compliance and quality with an integrated cloud platform to manage medical, pharmacy, quality, compliance needs to cater to the members. Managed programs and accounts for end -end implementation for new clients as well as providing ongoing support for existing installed client while overseeing the development, configuration, reporting, data, product and overall program direction.
