I am looking for a new opportunity in sales and/or business development management. I have over 25 years of experience in domestic and international sales, sales management, business development, alliance and partner management, OEM sales and product introductions and integrations. My most recent employ was Termatrac, an Australian based company, where I was recruited to introduce their company and product to the Americas. The objectives of my role were to establish US and global distribution, and implement an overall global sales turnaround strategy. In less than a year, US distribution was established and global distribution saw significant growth, and company sales grew 40% my first year. Prior to Termatrac, my most recent employer was SafeNet, one of the world’s largest information security companies. I was SafeNet’s America’s Director of Business Development, managing SafeNet’s America’s Business Development Team. Our team was responsible for technology integrations, OEM sales, alliance, technology and channel partnerships. We provided measureable incremental revenue, growing the alliance business from $1.5M to well over $10M annually. In addition to managing the BD team, I was SafeNet’s Payments SME in the Americas and had account management responsibilities for Microsoft, Dell, Datacard, Verifone, Magtek, ACI, Hitachi, Vormetric, Palo Alto Networks, among many others. Prior to SafeNet, I was with Eracom Technologies where I was recruited from Thales eSecurity to open Eracom’s US office and introduce Eracom’s encryption products to the US market as VP of Business Development. After two years in this role, Eracom executive management asked me to relocate to Sydney, Australia to become their VP of Sales Asia Pacific. We were able to achieve YTY growth in Asia Pacific of 25%, with a significant amount of this growth coming from Japan where I personally did the business development. Two years later Eracom was acquired by SafeNet, resulting in my return to the US and move to the business development role with Safenet. During the course of my career, I have consistently achieved my incremental revenue targets, maintained great personal relationships with customers, management and employees alike, always making a positive impact where ever I have worked.
