Description
Supervises all aspects of the day-to-day administration of retirement benefit plans, 401(k), ES0P, Pension,Non-Qualified. • Ensure retirement plans are in compliance with all plan documents, guidelines, policies and regulations. Responsible for annual audit with external and internal auditors. • Administration of 1500 participants in the 401(k) Plan, ESOP Administration, Pension Plan, non-union and union and Non Qualified Plan • Experience in building an RFP for new 401(k) Provider and 401(k) plan conversion, Review of retirement plan and redesign research • Worked closely with council to restate the company’s retirement plan documents and filing for determination letter. • Submit payroll weekly to vendor • Secretary for Retirement Committee • Worked closely with Investment Consultant – Fund changes and additions. Also drafted investment policies for the DB and DC plans • Administration of Life Insurance, STD and LTD benefits
