CollapseResponsibilities

• Support the project manager in the management of NPI projects using Six Sigma DMAIC priniciples. • Design the Information Technology Solution to enable Requirements Management and Technology Gap Assessment. • Analyze Manufacturing performance data to identify key project metrics and develop interactive dashboards. • Creation of project and decision-making documentation using the MS Office Suite, Visio, and Mind Manager. Projects: o Technology Gap and Capability Assessment – Develop and implement a standard process betweem manufacturing and engineering to identify and report technology capability gaps. Early identification of these gaps will improve NPI process quality, supply chain readiness, and time to market capabilities to prevent “loss of revenue opportunities” for Cisco new products. o Manufacturing Requirements Management - Develop and implement a standard process that will define, track and control manufacturing product requirements. Accurate identification of manufacturing requirements will speed NPI development and prevent negative cost, time to market and quality effects from inaccurate requirements. o Management Reporting using Dashboards (Crystal Xcelsius). Create meaningful, interactive dashboards to report existing NPI performance metrics.
