Responsible for per assigned territory Led and developed Mission Pharmacal's Managed Markets strategy/tactics for both Commercial and MedD opportunities nationally. Responsible for 13 products across 5 therapeutic sales teams (Dermatology, Pediatrics, Primary Care, Women's Health and Urology.) Selected accomplishments: * Achieved optimal profitable contracting and pull-through with targeted customers within my responsibility and to develop the strategy and tactics for efficiently achieving corporate objectives. * Worked with Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory, Market Research, Sales Training and Brand teams to secure formulary access and drive effective pull-through of Mission Pharmacal products with these key customers. * Created and facilitated managed markets education to DMs/FSRs and help develop a corporate strategy in partnering with ACOs and IDNs. * Established relationships with ESI, Prime Therapeutics (BCBSs), UHC/OptumRx, Aetna/Humana, Anthem/Cigna, Highmark BCBS, and BCBS MI developing outreach activities and positive relationships with referral sources (Hospitals SNFs ALFs) and other certain types of providers (Specialty Physician Groups) also served as an educational resource to the community regarding Hospice Care.
