I'm currently working for a healthcare staffing company in an HR Generalist role. Although it has been a great learning experience, I would rather focus my energy on getting away from areas such as benefits, work. comp, FMLA and go back to doing more staffing, hiring and recruiting. My preferred industry is Healthcare, any type of facility or staffing agencies but I am open to other opportunities if appropriate.
