Make sales call on Head/ End Broadcasting and Field Distribution equipment/Maintenance Managers TOM/TOS, of "Digital/Fiber" Technologies for sales and service of needed products within the Midwest. (This includes all Cable providers, Local Utilities/ Government, State and Federal, Universities and Communities). "Cross selling" all ComSonics Products including Test Products, Mobil Calibration services, and all Product repairs including Dept.'s of Head end plants, Construction/ Engineering Division's. Identify all Vertical customer markets and call on and Sell up ComSonics Services to all decision makers including Owner operators, President's, VP's, Purchasing/Buyer's and all Supervisory Field managers. Required to attend all Yearly/"SCTE" Society of Cable Technology and Engineers functions in the MidWest Region and events with current vendors, suppliers, prospects and current Customers by providing data and presentations needed to introduce current and any New Technologies by creating interest with demonstrations, offering Test Trials opportunities and follow up and close on the increased interest from customers and Prospects within each Territory. Create and maintain current relationship with service needs along with managed assistance of services from an additional Sales Rep, Driver and Inside sales Rep by assignment of needed and required routes to service and maintain all needed pickup and delivery services of sold products, as well as any repaired items for ComSonics regionally. Manage projected sales forecast and update budgets of all yearly, monthly and weekly sales goals for entire team within the Midwest Region needed to meet and exceed Companies Goals and requirements for profitable Growth! Minimum 3-4 nights weekly road travel required to service and maintain assigned sales area. 13 state Midwest area traveling ground miles of over 100,000 miles per year! Sales results: Over 2.8* million dollars yearly for 8 years exceeding Company goals of 15% -30% per year with National accounts such as Comcast, Charter, Time Warner, Bright house, Cox and as well as all other Utilities companies with Cable distribution throughout all Mid west and Mid south region. (Gross profit % averaging above 52%! Additional duties include managing additional Field Sales Rep, working with Inside Sales rep and additional route driver. Required reporting of all sales is directed to National Sales Manager and VP. Personally developed a highly profitable 3 million yearly in sales Territory within first 2 years of employment and received numerous Awards for achieving expected sales goals!
