I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with skills in entrepreneurship, process, and leadership development and counseling. My relevant qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Of note also is my most recent position as owner of a party rental business based in California. My major role was to be responsible for establishing relationships with businesses, marketing, managing, and developing employees in my company to achieve their maximum potential. As a result, my company became the number one kid’s party rental company in the city of San Diego, serving over 3,000 events per year. At Ashford University, I interviewed and qualified leads for the admissions process into the school. During my tenure, I developed team members, established relationships with military bases, and received numerous awards of recognition for my work ethic. I also enrolled students into the University which contributed to my department receiving recognition for outstanding results for every quarter for the past 4 years. Prior to the aforementioned positions, I served for 19 years as the Director of Ministry Operations at Embassy Church. This position required developing volunteers in leadership roles, as well as overseeing all community outreach and relationships within the ministry
