• Install, configure, maintain and support the Network and the technical infrastructure hardware and software. • Monitor network to ensure network availability to all systems users and perform necessary maintenance to support availability • Install, configure, and maintain physical servers, desktops, laptops, phone system, printers and e-mail • Monitor day-to-day operation of the computer network including hardware/soft support • Assist with network projects, campus connectivity of all (3) campuses • System Backups, desktop/laptop backups • System maintenance and problem solving patches and upgrades • Analyze and troubleshoot the network logs and track the nature and resolutions of problems • Establish and maintain user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security • E-mail – establish and maintain user e-mail accounts, provide e-mail training and documentation • Update and maintain active directory and Group Policies.
