CLOSER Period. I have worked in the Automotive industry for over 14 years. I am a relationship/consultative selling success story, some of my first customers are still on my client lists to this day. I've maintained an above 90 % rating with my customers for over a decade. I've found that in most dealerships everyone may not take their training as an opportunity for their personal growth usually they seek out the "oracle" of knowledge for their answers, which leads them to me. I've closed many deals that other mangers and salespeople had given up on (and not by paying someone to take our car). My closing percentage hovers around the 75% mark, three out of four will buy a vehicle from me. I have maintained a better than average gross and have been awarded a Mark of Excellence award from GM twice. Additionally I have continued my education to adapt to the changing landscape that is sales. I lead by example not by words, my education never stops I will always strive for the next level.
