Mr. Richard W Morford Jr, also known as RJ, is a Senior Level Executive with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. RJ is currently serving as VP, Engineering & Sales for CMAI industries located in Plymouth Michigan. RJ has served as Wescast Industries Inc.’s Director, Technical Development & Product Commercialization from October 2012 to November 2014. He was responsible for managing all aspects of product and material development from concept commercialization reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this position, RJ had responsibility for Wescast business in Asia Pacific, including all advanced engineering and commercial activities. He was located in Shanghai, China, and continue to report directly to Wescast Asia’s President. He served as Director of Business Development when he joined Wescast in September 2002. He held senior level manufacturing and commercial management positions at automotive suppliers including Intermet Corporation and General Motors. RJ holds a Master of Business Administration from Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management at Northwood University, and completed a Bachelor in Management from the University of Michigan.
