Dear Hiring Manager, My current position is IT Support consultant at several Dallas-based small businesses on a contract basis (W2). Until August 2014 I was full-time IT support at BWC Photo Imaging - a 24/7 business with more than 50 employees, thousands of customers and 200 IT devices, including servers, workstations, printers, many network appliances in two offices - one in Dallas, and one in Richardson. For these companies I am the IT department. I provide Level I to Level III support. I clean up the computers from dust and from viruses. I take care of the hosting of our web sites, and I edit their contents. I maintain mail servers and hosted mail services. FTP servers. Security. Virtualization. Storage. Network. I also provide customer support to the company staff and to customers. I'm a very responsible person, a self-starter and problem solver.
