In my current role, I am used to preparing French, California and Mediterranean Fusion Cuisine and have done this for 14 years. I am adaptable to different cultures and love to find new and exciting ways for people to experience a meal. I have a calm and patient manner and believe that a team works best together when given specific instructions in which they feel respected and valued, and this is an approach that has given me success over the years. I am used to working different shifts and days of the week, so that area would not be a concern to me, making me flexible around the needs of the business.
